This year for Christmas it was just our family. Although we love being with our families, it was so special to be just us. We stayed in our pajamas most of the day, planned nothing, and simply enjoyed being together. We began a few of our own traditions and followed some of our families' traditions. It was good for Ben, too, as he gets overwhelmed with opening more than 2 or 3 gifts. It was so nice to relax, not go anywhere and be together. That was the best gift of all.
