Train Up a Child

Both of our children really love music and we often find them singing, especially in the car. I recently caught this precious moment of our daughter singing along with one of our CDs. Enjoy!

Our Italian (?) Daughter

Abigail is almost 2 and has lately been saying, or trying to say, everything! The funny thing is that she often adds and "a" sound to the end of most words. She sounds Italian, although I'm not sure where she gets it. Here are a few examples:

sauc-ee-a = sausage
mam-ee-a = mom
hors-ee-a = horse
pupp-ee-a = puppy
blue-a = blue
feek-ee-a = music (?)
booboo-a = boo-boo

Phew! Its been awhile...6 months to be exact. I have enjoyed posting on facebook more lately as it is so easy and I can do it in a few seconds throughout my day. Blogging takes so much longer, however, it is a bit more permanent.

There is too much to catch up on, so I will start with Ben's party on Saturday. He will celebrate his bday many times this month, which is always a bonus! Here are photos from his party, mostly preschool and church friends. Everyone had a wonderful time with water, a craft, a pinata, and CAKE!
