Drivers Ed 15 years too early
Today Daddy gave Benjamin his first driving lesson in the carport while we installed his new carseat. Because he is such a string bean (>95th for height), he doesn't fit lengthwise in many car seats. We borrowed a transitional seat from our friends the Clapps, but it wasn't working out well. So, today, after church we went to Target and bit the bullet. We bought "the Britax" car seat, which is good for up to 60 pounds. It cost a pretty penny, but we hear it will be worth it. It better be!!!! Benjamin is now stylin' and will enjoy the car even more. P.S. Notice the brand new drivers side mirror my brilliant husband repaired...its as good as new!

Love you!

Congrats on the carseat milestone. We have that same one and a 2nd one that's a CR best buy ($40 at Target). I loved it when we could finally face Luke forward in his carseat.
PS Those are either the best diaper invention ever or the worst...I might give them a whirl. Amy, you're welcome to compost Luke's diapers since our condo has rules against things like that.
