Sam-I-am is one of Ben's favorites in Dr. Seuss's classic book, Green Eggs and Ham. Steven is the one who gets up with Ben every day to make breakfast, so last week he dyed eggs and ham green as a special treat. Ben LOVED it! "Say, I do so like green eggs and ham, I do so like them Sam-I-am!"
