Chapstick Season

I really like living in a climate where the seasons change. I don't think I could live somewhere more temperate where it is warm at Christmas. I especially love spring and fall. However, winter in Chicago seems like months of cold, dreary, grey weather. I love snow and wish we got more of it....I think if it is going to be cold, at least there should be SNOW. Along with this season, my skin changes from oily to dry. No matter how much lotion or sensitive skin products I use, I can't seem to get enough moisture. The same is true for my lips. We have strategically placed chapstick in almost every room of the house, which helps somewhat. Thankfully, when spring and summer return, my skin returns to itself again. I'm bracing myself for at least four months of constantly applying chapstick. Phew.

You can have your chapstick and snow. I'll take Florida winters anyday!
